Dionne Harris is a Native Nashvillian with strong roots in the city. She’s a proud graduate of Whites Creek Comprehensive High School and received her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA.
Dionne’s experience has given her a wealth of business acumen. She managed her family owned business, Woodcuts Gallery & Framing, for 11 years and she still has an active role there. She also spent several years in the corporate sector providing business solutions for their IT needs, garnering numerous awards for her sales skills. Dionne is a people person with a givers heart. Her clients praise her most for her negotiating skills, attention to detail, and her ability to stay calm under pressure, minimizing stress for all parties involved.
Real Estate has had a special place in Dionne’s heart from an early age. She always got a thrill when her parents used to take her to open houses as a child. She still gets a kick out of viewing houses, but she’s since become enamored with assisting families finding the perfect home, and making the process as seamless as possible for them. In 2013, with the encouragement and support of her cousin Page Turner, she decided to “go all in” and make real estate her full-time profession.
In 2016, Dionne was nominated and was one of only 10 Realtors selected for Leadership Academy of Greater Nashville Realtors. During the Academy, she delved deeper into the Greater Nashville Realtor’s structure, purpose, and work, specifically learning about leadership and involvement. Dedicated to serving the community, in 2017, Dionne served as a Hearing Officer with the Davidson County Assessor’s Office. She was also a member of the Habitat for Humanity Committee for Greater Nashville Realtors, which included participating in a build for a deserving Nashville family.
Dionne prides herself with helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with her skill and expertise. Her goal is to keep her clients informed of real estate developments and market trends, specializing in Nashville and surrounding areas. She is a REALTOR, and active member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, Greater Nashville Realtors, and is an Accredited Buyers Representative, and ePro Certified.
